 How do we protect your information? 

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. 

We process all payments and store all registration info through DogBizPro.com which offers the use of a secure server. The DogBizPro servers are located in a national data center which gives you the assurance that the servers and the data are very well protected, via firewalls and monitoring tools. All of our sites are also protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). With SSL your data is encrypted before it is transmitted over the web for even more security. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

If you submit a contact form your personal info, including name, address, emails address, and phone may be stored on our servers. Our servers are located in a national data center with state of the art security. Your info from this form will only be used to contact you about the subject you contacted us about.

If you sign up for our newsletter, or our blog subscription, your info (generally just your email and name) is securely stored on the servers of the newsletter handler (Constant Contact) or  Blog Feedburner (Google) and will only be used to communicate with you via the newsletter or to update you when there is a new blog post.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

Refund Policy  

A. Classes

No refunds will be given after the first day of class. If the class is cancelled by denise mazzola’s Everything Dog, you will be fully refunded.

B. Seminars

Canine Behavior and Trainer’s Academy has a $500 non refundable deposit to hold your space in the class. It is not refundable. If denise mazzola’s Everything Dog cancels the seminar, you will be fully refunded.

Guest speakers. If you request a refund 30 days prior to the start of the seminar with a guest speaker, your payment will be refunded minus a processing fee of 10%.

C. Private Lessons/ Day Training / Board and Train

Private lessons, Day Training and Board and Train payments are due at the start of the lessons. They are not refundable.
