Watch the video above for information on the importance of DNA testing for this program and how to categorize your dog’s DNA results. The document below gives a detailed example of catergorizing the DNA results. Once you have the results, please post the categories and percentages in the course Facebook group.

Please Note:

1. If you have a purebred dog and you are sure of where s/he came from, DNA testing is not necessary.
2. We are only asking for a breed DNA test. You have the option of also testing for health information, which you are welcome to do, but the health portion is not necessary for the course.
