Begin Stage 2 of Fasten the Straps once your dog is comfortably (no pawing or fussing!) wearing the muzzle with the straps fastened and your hands removed from supporting or touching the muzzle.

In Stage 2 you will build the duration that your dog wears the muzzle with the straps fastened with the same method of using counting and a timer like you worked on in Module 4.

The video we included for this lesson is of one of Gio’s real-life training sessions as Denise worked with him to build his duration for wearing the muzzle.
